Blog Updates

Monday, December 8th, 2008

So as you can see, the blog has gone through a lot of updates, and it will be going through more in the near future.

Twitter
I started using my Twitter again and it’s probably the best way to get the latest info on everything going on here and on Design Sector, and of course, me! I’ll be updating it regularly with info and what’s going on. If you have Twitter, follow me to get the latest on everything!

Interesting Browser Stats

Sunday, October 12th, 2008

I was just looking at the page counter to see how bad Design Sector is doing. Due to inactivity by myself and everyone else, I thought the average of 1500 page hits probably dropped down to less than 500, but suprisingly it still stays strong at 1200. Any who, just noticed a feature that statcounter.com offers that I didn’t notice before … and that is browser count.

It shows all the browsers used by the last 500 users that visited Design Sector. It hasn’t continued on after 500 since I have a free account. I would need to upgrade my account for it to start caching more than 500 users.

These were the astonishing and quite amusing results:

It’s funny to see how badly IE is owned by Firefox. I didn’t know the ratio would be so differentiable. I thought it would be about 3:1 or 4:1 but this is like infinity:fail!! Anywho, just thought I’d share this.

I hope all the IE lovers over here finally realize that IE = FAIL and FF = PWN!!!! :)
